# CloserPerformance

> AI call-review metrics for a single closer, over ANALYSED calls only.

The name says performance; the population is narrower than that, and the
difference is not academic. Calls without an analysis skew toward declines and
unresolved outcomes, so the excluded rows are disproportionately the losses.
That survivorship bias is how this type once reported a 100% close rate for a
window in which dashboardAnalytics measured 28%.

Read every rate here as "of the calls we analysed". For population-wide close
rate, show rate and revenue, use dashboardAnalytics.repPerformance.
