Where the answer came from. box: one of your consent boxes. aura_sms_opt_in: Aura's own box for appointment texts, which a STOP reply turns off. Null when not asked.
state
yes: they agreed. no: they left the box unticked or took it back (for example, by replying STOP). For texts, no also means they agreed for a different phone number. not_asked: no answer on file.
